Stephen Repella was born and raised in Steubenville, OH and is a 2004 graduate of Steubenville Big Red. Stephen graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2009 with a degree in Marketing, and began his career in the energy industry a year after in 2010 as an independent landman working in Eastern Ohio. Early in his career, Stephen was hired into a leadership position to manage large-scale acquisition development projects on behalf of E&P companies targeting the Utica Shale. In 2005, Stephen formed Crimson Resources as an acquisition-focused land service company. Since then, Crimson has grown into a land brokerage offering a full portfolio of services for multiple clients across three states – Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Stephen remains directly involved in the day-to-day operations for any client Crimson serves. Stephen resides in Steubenville, Ohio.
